At World Chess Shop, we want you to be completely satisfied with your grandmaster-inspired apparel. If your purchase isn't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Place the items in their original packaging with all chess-themed tags attached to ensure the return is eligible for processing.

  Ship It Back

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, secure it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the garment, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
